Returns/ Refunds

Unfortunately, due to the product being perishable we are unable to accept returns. However, feel free to reach out to us if you are unsatisfied in any way! We do provide 100% DOA (Dead On Arrival) protection.

To be eligible for a refund/ store credit, you must provide a picture of the item within 12 hours of receiving the item sealed in it's original packaging.

If we advise a heat pack for the plants and you do decide not go with one, we will not honor DOA.

Gift Cards

We will not be able to refund gift cards for cash from the gift card receiver. However, if you purchased the gift card for someone and decide you need a refund, please contact us!
